Tim has represented injured workers since he was admitted to the Bar in 1987. His focus is on representing claimants in Workers’ Compensation claims. He is also experienced in handling Social Security Disability cases on behalf of claimants and in litigating personal injury cases.
In his 37 plus years of practice, Tim has appeared in many thousands of hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Board. He is experienced in litigating, negotiating and settling cases in order to obtain the maximum benefit for his clients..
Prior to joining Abdo O’Brien, Tim was a partner in a prominent Syracuse law firm for many years. Tim is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, the Injured Workers Bar Association and past president of the Central New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association.
Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
